It helps assess resource allocation, delivery effort, and financial impact by combining throughput, sprint efficiency, hours worked, and cost per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What It Shows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The main table is grouped by <strong>Project<\/strong>. Each project can be expanded to reveal detailed contributor-level insights.
